The New World of the New York Surrogate's Courts

The Surrogate’s Courts in New York continue to evolve and adapt since the adoption of the e-filing system. I am keeping current with these developments due to my on-going Probate and Administration matters and my network of colleagues in the same practice area. This is what it means to have a “cutting edge” Probate and Administration practice. Knowing one’s way around the departments of the Surrogate’s Court and their procedures is important to delivering you the services that you need..

Excellence, integrity, and inspiration

My practice is based on excellence, integrity, and inspiration. I am dedicated to excellence in the services I provide in accordance with our written agreement. My experience enables me to do this. Integrity is essential in estate planning, and the proper handling of trusts and estates. I am dedicated to keeping you informed of the important issues. On the other hand, integrity requires an accurate picture of your situation, so I can provide the best services. In handling a probate or an administration, an accounting of the assets, disbursements and the closing balance is required at times. I am experienced in preparing accountings and in reviewing accountings. Inspiration is a gift that I would like to share with you.
